The Office of Manufacturing and Energy Supply Chains (MESC) and Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) are issuing a Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) No. DE-FOA-0002678 entitled Bipartisan Infrastructure Law – Battery Materials Processing and Battery Manufacturing Funding Opportunity Announcement.
