Overview
The Appalachian Development Highway System Program will distribute funds for construction of the Appalachian Development Highway System by formula to States with one or more counties (including any political subdivision within the area) in the Appalachian Region.
Eligible uses include: Construction of specific projects to complete the Appalachian Development Highway System.
