Overview
Communities across the country are burdened by pollution impacts from inefficient waste management systems. This historic investment will transform recycling and solid waste management across the country while creating jobs. The goal of this program will be to provide grants to implement a strategy to improve post-consumer materials management and infrastructure; support improvements to local post-consumer.
