Overview

For design, construction and tenant build out of a facility to support energy and minerals research and associated structures, through a cooperative agreement with an academic partner. The new building will establish a center of excellence in minerals and energy science and providing opportunities for science collaboration that will leverage U.S. Geological Survey science; support the development of science, technology, engineering and mathematics talent by engaging students in U.S. Geological Survey science; and expand the diversity of the U.S. Geological Survey workforce.
