Overview

Expands the Department of Energy’s Carbon Capture Technology program to include a program for carbon dioxide transport infrastructure necessary to deploy Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage technologies. Eligible uses include:  research and development; large-scale pilot projects; demonstration projects; a front-end engineering and design program; and front-end engineering and design program for carbon dioxide transport infrastructure necessary to enable deployment of carbon capture, utilization, and storage technologies.
