Overview
The President’s Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) Public Law 117-58 contains provisions that invest in Department of the Interior initiatives and benefit the communities and areas where the Office of Insular Affairs (OIA) serves. OIA’s BIL funds will benefit American Samoa, Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
OIA is requesting proposals for Fiscal Year 2024 for the four following activities:
A. Invasive Species (Activity 6)
B. Revegetate Mined Lands (Activity 8)
C. Native Seed Strategy for Rehabilitation and Restoration (Activity 9)
D. Advancing the National Early Detection and Rapid Response Framework: Early Detection Surveillance for Asset Protection.
