Overview
The ReConnect Program offers loans, grants, and loan-grant combinations to build infrastructure and install equipment that provides modern, reliable, high-speed Internet service in rural America.
ReConnect Program funds can be used to fund the costs of construction, improvement, or acquisition of facilities and equipment needed to provide broadband service capable of delivering 100 Mbps symmetrical service and the acquisition of an existing system not currently providing sufficient access to broadband service, under certain circumstances, and with restrictions. Up to five percent of the award may be used for preapplication expenses.
