Overview

This program is provided through the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Office of the Secretary – Office of Transportation Policy. It is a competitive grant program to fund transportation highway and freight projects of national and regional significance that result in good-paying jobs, improve safety, apply transformative technology, explicitly address climate change and racial equity and operational improvements directly related to system performance. Eligible recipients include States, Cities, Counties, Tribes, Port Authorities, Public Transportation Agencies.
