SDP – State Damage Prevention Grant – This grant promotes Pipeline Safety in grantee states. SDP may include a broad range of support for activities fostering partnership/communication among stakeholders; training/education; consistent enforcement of damage prevention laws; and/or enhancement of technical support functions.
